We had a podcast collaboration between the Mindful Boston studio and Cafe Su Marte again this week. More audio will be coming, but here’s your teaser- a guided meditation track.
This is short. Just 2 minutes and 28 seconds. It features making your breath happen. Interestingly, to make the breath do anything is more of a yoga technique. It doesn’t fall as much under the definition of “mindfulness” as simply watching the breath would.
But we don’t stand on formalities here. If it’s helpful and wholesome, we do it!
