Hello Members,

You might have seen that the 7min Dialing In meditation went out to the Free Guest Pass folks this morning. It’s the same one that you got a few weeks ago as optional homework. As a Tier2 member you have access to the extended 16min version as well.

For this week, I’d like to play with an inquiry into an underbelly of meditation that is never mentioned on any app. It’s an underlying disharmonic.

If one tunes into the reality of the body and emotions, that means that one is tuning into some pain, some times.

People feel pain.
It’s part of the human package.

Culturally, we are taught to shy away from any pain, or cover it up. For example, with certain types of drug use, a powerful substance could be used as a bandaid to cover up a surface level scrape. Covering-over with a bandaid can be a valid stop-gap measure, sure. But what if there’s a deeper issue?
