Hello MBZ1 folks,
You may have heard me talk about the metaphor of a camera lens. We can “zoom in” and look into things deeply, in high resolution. And we also have the capacity to “zoom out” and have a wider landscape view.
That’s where my practice is right now. Zooming in on details, or pain, or the news cycle, when I can. And then, zooming out too, letting the details blur, relaxing my focus.
